Yes. If you have purchased an item that incurs an additional freight charge (oversized items), are trying to ship an item outside the 48 contiguous United States, or have purchased gifts from a registry you will incur additional shipping charges (registry orders include shipping, handling and gift wrap charges so free shipping offers do not apply). When will I get my order?:
Most orders placed by 12 Noon EST Monday through Friday (excluding holidays) will ship within 1-2 business days. Some items, however, will ship within 7-10 business days and furniture items take longer as noted on the item page under the shipping tab. We offer two shipping options for delivery within the U.S.: Ground or 2nd Day Air. For next day air service or international shipments, please contact us for a shipping quote.
Furniture items are only shipped via Ground. Our shipment rates noted below do not include freight charges for oversized items, but the additional charges, if any, are noted on the item page under the shipping tab. For Rush delivery on furniture items or international shipments, please contact us for availability and shipping quotes.

For larger, bulkier items such as furniture and strollers, there may be an additional freight handling surcharge to cover extra shipping costs. Such charges are listed on the “Shipping Info” tabs of our product pages and are also clearly noted during checkout and prior to confirmation of your order.
Why have I been charged for an order that has not shipped?
It is our policy not to charge your card until the item is processed for shipment unless it is a deposit for a custom furniture item (custom furniture items incur a 50% deposit amount at time of order). We do, however, obtain authorization from your issuing bank to make the charge to your card at the time you place your order for the full amount of your order. Please note that depending on the issuing bank’s policies, this may appear temporarily as a charge on your account statement. Please note that this is an authorization only and will not appear as a permanent charge on your account until we process the charge upon shipment. Most temporary authorizations disappear from your card after 24-48 hours if a charge is not formally processed.
What if I only get part of my order?
In order to provide you with the speediest service possible, items ordered together may not always ship together. This will not affect your shipping charges and your credit card will not be charged for any product that has not yet shipped. You will be notified by e-mail or phone if there are any delays in shipping and you will be given the choice to accept partial shipments, wait for the order to ship complete or cancel your order.
DELAYS/OUT OF STOCK: If your selected merchandise is out of stock, we will inform you as soon as possible upon receipt of order via email. We will inform you via email of the shipping schedule. If the schedule is not satisfactory, we will give you a full refund.You will be notified promptly by email of any delays in shipping.
Items ordered together are not necessarily shipped together (due to size and weight), and may be received separately.

DAMAGED/LOST SHIPMENTS: We hate to think that it happens -- but sometimes it does. If you are in receipt of a damaged shipment or your shipment never arrived, please call Piccolini immediately at customer_service@piccolinionline.com or toll-free at 877.294.7079 and we will process a claim and/or replacement. FedEx and UPS sometimes require an inspection of the damage, so please keep all packing materials and the damaged goods until further notice.
You MUST inform Piccolini of damaged package claim within 7 days of delivery of all damaged goods, or in the case of a lost package, within 7 days of the expected delivery date of the package as noted in the tracking information provided by Piccolni. Please inspect all deliveries thoroughly upon arrival and continue to track the progress of the shipment of your package to ensure that you meet this required timeline or a claim cannot be processed on your behalf.
For damaged and lost shipments, FedEx and UPS require an investigation into the damage or the whereabouts of a lost package. Replacement items will be sent upon completion of the claims process when warranted.
Do you ship outside the United States?
Piccolini ships outside the 48 contiguous United States, but only on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us for shipping information and costs related to international purchases.
Can you ship to a P.O. Box or APO/FPO address?
Piccolini will ship to a P.O. Box or APO/FPO address, however, since UPS is our preferred shipping partner, these shipments often take longer to process and lead times will vary from those quoted above.
Do you offer assembly services for larger items like furniture, strollers, and highchairs?

How do you ship gift cards?
Gift cards are solely in store purchases (for electronic gift certificates for use on our website, please see below) and are shipped packaged in a small gift box subject to the same terms and conditions noted for regular shipments. A flat shipping fee of $5.95 is charged for any gift card, regardless of amount, unless the gift card if for more than $300, in which case the shipping is free of charge.
Are there shipping charges for electronic gift certificates?
Our electronic gift certificates are delivered free of charge to the e-mail address provided within 1 business day, pending order verification and credit approval. Purchasers are responsible for providing an accurate and deliverable e-mail address.
